Early Identification and School Enrolment

We work to reduce barriers that prevent children with disabilities from enrolling in, attending and participating meaningfully in school.

We provide or facilitate access to appropriate learning materials to help children, including learners with disabilities, participate effectively in educational activities.
Teacher Training on Inclusive Education
We provide training and capacity building for teachers on inclusive education. This helps educators understand different learning needs and adopt teaching approaches that support learners with and without disabilities.
School Club Activities
We support school clubs that promote disability awareness, inclusion and positive attitudes among learners. Through club activities, children develop knowledge, leadership, teamwork and peer-support skills.
Peer Learning Activities
We facilitate peer learning activities that encourage children to learn from and support one another. These activities promote cooperation, confidence, participation and understanding among learners.
Sign Language and Braille Support
We support access to sign language and Braille to improve communication and learning opportunities for children and other persons with disabilities who require these forms of communication.
